Ingredients: wild yams (Dioscorea opposita) root extract (thereof diosgenin), DL-α-tocopheryl acetate (thereof Vitamin E), Zinc Oxide (Thereof Zinc), Wild yams root extract (20 % diosgenin), capsule: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose (HPMC), anti-caking agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids (vegetable), L-tocopheryl acetate (vitamin E), zinc oxide (zinc).

Recommended use: Take 2 capsules daily unchewed with plenty of water (at least 200 ml) before the main meals.
