Ingredients: Red yeast rice extract (Thereof monacolin K), Red rice yeast extract (3% monacolin K), bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose, hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose (capsule).

Recommended use: Take 1 capsule daily unchewed with plenty of water with a meal.

Warnings: The recommended daily intake should not be exceeded. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of the reach of children. Not suited for pregnant or breastfeeding mothers, children under the age of 18 or adults above the age of 70.
Consume a maximum of 3 mg of monacolins from red yeast rice per day. This product should not be used if you are taking cholesterol-lowering drugs. Seek medical advice on the consumption of the product if health problems occur.
