Ingredients: Cold pressed evening primrose (Oenothera biennis) seeds oil (of which gamma linolenic acid (GLA) min.), Vitamin A (retinyl palmitate), Vitamin E (D-alpha-tocopherol), Evening primrose (Oenothera biennis) seeds oil, shell (bovine gelatine, humectant: glycerol, water), D-alpha-tocopherol, retinyl palmitate.

Recommended use: Recommended daily intake: 1 capsule three times a day, after a meal.
