Ingredients: OptiZinc® (zinc mono-L-methionine sulfate) (of which zinc), Magnesium (magnesium citrate), L-Aspartic Acid, Vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), Magnesium salts of citric acid, shell (hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose), inulin, L-aspartic acid, OptiZinc® (zinc mono-L-methionine sulfate, natural vanilla flavouring), pyridoxine hydrochloride.

Recommended use: 3 capsules, an hour before sleep.
