Ingredients: Vitamin B1, Bulking Agents (Microcrystalline Cellulose, Dicalcium Phosphate), Vitamin B1 (Thiamin Mononitrate), Anti-Caking Agents (Stearic Acid, Magnesium Stearate, Silicon Dioxide), Emulsifier (Cross-Linked Sodium Carboxy Methyl Cellulose)

Recommended use: Take 1 tablet per day, preferably with a meal. Do not exceed stated dose.
