Ingredients: Vitamin C, Vitamin D, Vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid), capsule shell: gelatine, vitamin D (cholecalciferol), anti-caking agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids, colour: yellow iron oxide.

Recommended use: Take 1 capsule daily during a meal, wash down with water.

Warnings: This product is intended for people over 18. Do not consume if you are allergic to any of the ingredients. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. This product cannot be used as a substitute for a dive.
Store in a dry place, away from sunlight, at the temperature 15-25°C, out of reach of young children.
