Ingredients: Vitamin D, Linseed oil Linum usitatissimum, capsule shell (gelatine, humectant: glycerol, water), MCT oil, antioxidant: alpha tocopherol, vitamin D (cholecalciferol).

Recommended use: Take 1 capsule daily with a meal, wash down with water.
