Ingredients: R-Alpha-lipoic acid, R-alpha-lipoic acid, bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose, capsule shell: gelatin, water, colour: iron oxides and hydroxides, anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acds, silicon dioxide.
May contain derivatives of: cereals containing gluten, soy, milk, egg.

Recommended use: Take one capsule daily, wash down with water.
