Ingredients: Fish oil (of which EPA, of which DHA), Vitamin K, Vitamin D, Fish oil standardized for 18% EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid) and 12% DHA (docosahexaenoic acid), capsule shell: gelatine, humectant: glycerol, vitamin K (menaquinone obtained using Bacillus subtilis natto), vitamin D (cholelaciferol).

Recommended use: Use 1 softgel per day, wash down with 250 ml of water.

Warnings: The product is intended for population of adults up to 75 years of age. Do not use if you are allergic to any of the ingredients. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Food supplement cannot be used as a substitute for a diversified diet. A balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are recommended. Product is not intended for children, pregnant, planning to get pregnant and breastfeeding women. The product should not be consumed by people taking anticoagulants containing Vitamin K antagonists (e.g. warfarin and acenocoumarol). Always close the packaging after use.
Store in a dry, cool place, at the temperature 15℃ – 25°C, out of reach of young children.
