Ingredients: Fish oil (of which, Omega-3 acids: min., EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid) min., DHA (docosahexaenoic acid) min., Other omega-3 acids min.), Fish oil from pelagic fishes, natural lemon flavour, antioxidant: tocopherol-rich extract.

Recommended use: 1 teaspoon (5 ml) with or after a meal.

Warnings: Recommended daily dose should not be exceeded. As with other food supplements, seek professional advice before using if you are under medical supervision, pregnant, breastfeeding or suffer from food allergies.The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 2 grams of EPA and DHA.
